Job Role:
- Achieve forecasted sales Target
- Build & manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales Target Achievement.
- Able to properly demonstrate the features, techno commercial parameters and benefits of Company Products to customers.
- Set demo session with the potential customer to convert
- Meet customer requirements and maintain relationship
- Present forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as required
- Representing company with comprehensive understanding of LDC products
- New Customer development, as well as expand direct dealer network for projects.
- Keep track of new projects and identifying the requirement of the customer towards the project & prepare specifications as per industry requirement.
- Generate enquiries, quoting, to the completion order from customers and diverse audience
- B2B Market development (Lead Generation to Revenue Generation)
- Provide the post sales services to the existing client and new clients, Resolving customer complaints regarding sales & service with internal coordination.
- Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry.
- Monitor industry best practices and present to the management.
- Customer profiling & present analysis of customer, current market conditions and competitor information to RM.
- Drive Key Account Management, and to generate cross selling of the products
- Ensure Sales forecasting & planning to ensure customer commitments as scheduled
Job Requisition:
- Responsible for project sales, ensuring and achieving key mile stone in project sales
- Responsible for account Sales, increasing number of customers, average order value, average order frequency by Sales activity planning, sales reviews & funnel management
- Responsible for short/mid/long term planning for projects and maintain project life cycle to generate sustainable revenue stream to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual results.
- Responsible for efficient cash flow, collection review and negotiate T&C for large businesses / key account
- Responsible for making a growth strategy for Company in projects business for key milestone in line with Company strategy
- Responsible for account Sales, increasing number of customers, average order value, average order frequency by Sales activity planning, sales reviews & funnel management
- Responsible for short/mid/long term planning for projects and maintain project life cycle to generate sustainable revenue stream to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual results.
