Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate project plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

- Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets for multiple projects concurrently.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing challenges proactively.

- Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes for project deliverables.

- Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting achievements and blockers.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns professionally.

- Manage project scope and timelines, making adjustments as needed.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and progress reports.

- Address conflicts within the team or with stakeholders, facilitating resolution.

- Ensure proper project closure and associated handover (if any), conducting post-project reviews for improvement.

You will fit in the role if you:

- Minimum of 3 years of B2B Project Management experience, preferably in SaaS or a related industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.

Qualification:

- Have working in Saas or Tech or Product based Companies

- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Project Management.
