Project Manager/AVP - Continuous Improvement - Insurance

We are looking out for Project Manager (AVP) - Continuous Improvement - Insurance with an MNC based in Bangalore

The candidate must have exposure in Insurance Domain.

The role involves :

- Contributing to the development and implementation of continuous improvement standards within the location Project manage and steer locational initiatives spanning across growth and stakeholder management.

- Support local management to achieve their vision for Continuous Improvement

- Support improvement efforts in the location across the value chains.

- Identify cross location and cross-unit topics to improve overall productivity and eliminate waste and conduct improvement projects accordingly

- Good exposure to operations management and Project Management

- Experience in Change management, Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence Initiatives is preferred
