- Deployment and Driving ISO 9001:2015 thereby adhering to Vision Statement of the organization
- Drive Quality Management system, conducting Internal Audits, drafting process SOP's, creating measurement metrics
- Conduct trainings for executives at various levels on ISO 9001 Process improvement methodologies such as Quality Tools
- Ensure Robust Measurement and Monitoring Mechanism for various processes by partnering with stakeholders in the Organization.
- Conducting QMS/Service audits and ensure adherence to laid down quality/service standards.
- Mentor/Advise staff on quality initiatives through continuous trainings and knowledge dissemination sessions.
- Handling external QMS audit by certifying body
