Project Manager - Architect & Plant Lead

This role requires the candidate to have about 5 years of hands on experience for completing at least one project of constructing a plant from the scratch.

The person oversees implementation of project in coordination with management, out side consultants and contractors. understanding of government procedures & approval will be added advantage

Essential Functions :

- Essential Functions

- understanding of structural + Civil engineering is required. Knowledge of Refrigeration is preferred

- Work ethic, integrity, focus and self-discipline

- creating and managing project plans, including estimation, task identification, resource planning, resource balancing loading, and risk mitigation

- Identifies existing and potential problems/issues, obtains and evaluates relevant information about the problem/issue and develops recommendations or alternative courses of action. Follows up and evaluates as necessary.

- Ability to lead team members, in completing high-quality work

- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage complex project and meet deadlines within budgets

- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor

- Understanding and designing of process maps and workflow for company and government approvals

- Ability to follow-up with government officials and resubmit designs, if required

- Is willing and capable of taking on conflict resolution within an account with internal and/or external resources

- Should work on CAD drawings
