Project Manager(For a Dubai based Project) - Alumina Processing

- Develop project execution plans, material and equipment procurement plans after discussion with engineering cell, consultants and vendors.

- Collaborate with engineers, design department to determine the specifications of the project. Coordinate for timely completion and approval of drawings and assist in resolving techno-commercial issues.

- Coordinate with main Contractors, monitor their performance vis a vis the project schedule, resolution of techno- commercial clarification during the execution of projects.

- Identify and develop reliable vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment and material with timely delivery, for realistic project cost.

- Plan and procure equipment and items to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Export -import coordination for supply of materials.

- Contract management till final completion of contract.

- Provide necessary support to site during the execution of packages.

- Monitor project with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance.

- Conduct project review meetings for evaluation of project progress, provide technical inputs to construction methodology.

- Ensure proper project documentation. Ensure that changes in work scope and all identified project issues are properly documented.

- Travelling will be required to Dubai Monthly basis
