Project Manager- Agri Stack- Big 4
Experience- 10 to 15 years
Location- Delhi
Must Have:
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Agri Stack
- Experience in program implementation
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in the State managing and leading government Program (preferred)
key responsibilities:
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out
- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk and issue management)
- Manage client deliveries across the project life cycle for
Requirement Gathering and As-Is analysis for IT systems:
- Defining of Functional and Technical Requirements and Specifications
- Preparation of RFP, Response to Proposals, Bid process management and Technical Evaluation and management of SI
- Preparation of Agri Stack documents / Consultation papers
- Assist in UAT/QA of application software
- Assist in Troubleshooting of the applications
- Capacity Building and Training of Department Stakeholders
- Define KPIs, Outcome-Outcome Matrix and other frameworks to assist better management of the project and department's reporting requirements
- Generate periodic reports to assist in Project Monitoring
- Develop dashboards on the database of the department to enable data driven decision making in the department.
- Identify process improvements in the Department
- Documentation of Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirements Specifications, System Requirements Specifications, System Design documents, Test Scenarios, Plans, Use-cases, End-user guides, Installation Guides and any other System Documentation.
