Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from conception to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within budget constraints.

- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including requirements definition, scope development, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and deployment.

- Act as a central point of communication, facilitating clear and collaborative interactions between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

- Proactively identify and manage project risks using risk registers and mitigation strategies.

- Oversee project dependencies, including identifying and managing potential roadblocks and escalation procedures.

- Build strong relationships with clients to foster a collaborative and trust-based working environment.

- Utilize project management tools like MS Project and Jira to track project progress, manage resource allocation, and maintain project documentation.

- Participate in testing activities, including executing business scenarios, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing any identified issues.

- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, manage progress reporting process, and integrate project updates into the wider program reporting framework.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, presentations, and status reports.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.

- Proficient in project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience using project management tools like MS Project and Jira.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
