- Location - PUNE (but travel needed as and when required at customer place)

- Reporting - Director.

- End to end responsibility of project department.

- Work Order Release

- Advance Voucher to customer Drawings

- Documentation

- ETD to customer after Discussion with production team.

- International logistics both importing and exporting

- Also the international installations and support

- Will be responsible to device/module the training program for installers, plan the schedule and execute them on regular basis. he should have an annual training calendar.

- Logistic

- Transport

- Shipping

- Unloading

- Manpower planning for installation

- Service calls as a tier 01 and necessary actions

- Spare quotations

- Complaints calls

- Manpower management and planning for installations (Installer)

- Site completion
