Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Build and develop the project team to ensure the maximum performance, providing purpose, direction and motivations.

- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients' executives, and software developers.

- Plan the sprints and should follow SCRUM Agile practices.

- Participating in and supervising each stage of the projects.

- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adhere to the deadlines.

- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion

- Tracking milestones, deliverables and change requests.

- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

- Delivering the completed software to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.

Skills

- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proven experience in project management and software development.

- Must have curiosity to learn about new AI technologies and use cases.

- Good familiarity with agile practices like Sprint planning, Scrum calls, sprint review meetings and Sprint retrospectives meetings

- Should have good Knowledge of tools like Jira, asana and clickup for the project management.

- Speedy decision-making ability with ambiguous or incomplete data

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
