Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.

- Effectively communicate project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on project management principles, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.

- Establish and enforce best practices and project management standards across the organization.

- Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.

- Enforce the use of the established project methodology within the project team, ensuring adherence to project management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.

- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and practices where applicable, promoting flexibility, adaptability, and iterative development.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic project objectives and align project initiatives with organizational goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and incorporate them into our project management processes.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry.

- Master's degree or PMP certification or Prince 2 certification is a plus.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Experience with project management software such as Clickup or Asana.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
