Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Manage project tasks and ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.

- Implement strategies to mitigate delays and ensure projects stay on track.

- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

- Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project participants.

- Coordinate project team activities and ensure effective collaboration.

- Provide support and guidance to team members, assisting with task completion.

- Foster a positive and productive team environment.

- Monitor project budgets and track expenses.

- Ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets.

- Identify and address potential budget variances.

- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.

- Proactively address project issues and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in project management.

Skills:

- Strong project planning and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- PMP certification a plus
