Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle all phases of projects from concept to commissioning, including planning, budgeting, execution, and closure.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

- Prepare Capex budgets for MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), Black Utility, Clean Utility, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure.

- Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with comprehensive technical specifications.

Conduct equipment sizing and utility planning for Injectable facility equipment such as:

- Vial & Ampoule Filling Lines

- Lyophilizers

- PFS Machines

- Manufacturing Vessels

- Autoclaves

- Packing Equipment

- Cold Rooms

- Oversee the design and engineering activities related to project execution.

Plan, design, and implement critical utility systems, including:

- Boilers

- Air Compressors

- Chillers

- Fire Hydrant Systems

- ETP/STP

- Ensure all projects comply with cGMP requirements and regulatory guidelines (EU, WHO, MHRA).

- Develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS) procedures for project execution.

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.

- Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Develop and implement best practices for project management.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Injectable manufacturing facilities.

- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT or any related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

- Knowledge of automation and control systems.
