Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects, including new implementations, products, solutions, processes, and operational projects.

Your proven background in managing solutions projects and implementations will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our implementation function for the future.

This role offers a diverse range of projects, including MSP, RPO, and Project RPO solutions, as well as collaboration projects with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

- Manage implementations of MSP, CWO, and RPO solutions.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and mentor project teams.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Communicate project progress and address concerns effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on solutions projects and implementations.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
