Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
- Scheduling: Create detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all tasks are accurately mapped and dependencies are identified.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate between various teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct regular update meetings with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing construction and engineering projects.
- Domain Expertise: Specific experience in petrochemical projects, oil and gas, or infrastructure domains.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
