- 8+ years overall experience as Project Manager in finance digital transformation projects in the retail and corporate banking space (preferably global banks)
- Project manager role is expected to manage the specific project using SAFe methodology
- Ability to define project scope & goal and planning support which will cover approach definition, work breakdown, sequencing and milestone definition
- Good experience to estimate resource effort and cost budgets, resource planning
- Tracking mitigating actions in relation to programme / project risks and issues
- Identification of dependencies internal to the programme / project and externally to other projects and business areas
- Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions
- Task allocation across teams and team members & tracking against activity or milestone completion and escalation process
- Project status reporting (where required) & support readiness decisions and follow up actions from programme / project tollgates
- Project Management skills - Stakeholder management, RAID Logs, Project Planning, Status reporting, Governance meetings, Project Benefits & Budget tracking.
- The project manager should fill the communication gaps, setup daily or weekly calls between business and technology, follow up as per the agreed deadlines, sending out weekly stats to stake holders, record all the minutes of meeting, work with multiple other business units for signoff (from Business, Risk and another counter parts), handle any escalation and report management as and when required in accordance to governance
- Must have good experience with Jira, Confluence
- Extensive knowledge on Agile.
- Excellent communication skill & strong stakeholder management.
- Should have experience of working on a complex transformation and be able to lead engagements
