Project Management Role

Job Title: Project Management

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibility:

- Project Management (both IT and process driven projects)

- Undertake the pre initiation tasks for the projects and prepare the blueprint

- Identify the SPOCs representing Business, User groups, Application owners, Developers, Testers, Vendor(s), etc.

- Define committees (objectives, frequency and attendees)

- Conduct project work-group and stakeholder meetings and compile project progress reports with appropriate KPIs / metrics.

- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built in contingencies.

- Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the Business Unit.

- Engage multiple vendors, as necessary and assist in the selection process for the appropriate vendor
