We are an executive search firm named People Tree Consultants specialized in banking vertical for mid & senior level management positions.
Looking for professional having experience in handling Project Management (Retail Banking) with a leading private sector bank.
Location : Chennai
Project Initiation :
- Conducting process reviews of existing processes to identify.
- As per the understanding and as per agreement with stake holders, facilitate the development and acceptance of the Project Objectives and Business Case
Project Planning :
- Discussing the proposed process, impact on current processes if any and system requirements in detail with the concerned unit
- Envisaging the risks involved in the project and measures to mitigate the same
- Partnering with Technology Solutions Group and other stakeholders for documenting the Business Requirement Document
Project Execution :
- Following up with respective stake holders on the progress as per the agreed timelines
- Attending walk through for understanding the new system developments
- Drafting the system test scenarios and sharing the same with the concerned operations unit for their feedback inputs
- Testing the scenarios in system UAT environment
- Sharing the UAT results with Technology team and raising bugs identified during the UAT
- Following up with Technology team to provide fix for all the bugs identified
- Testing the impacting test scenarios post rectification of bugs
- Providing sign off on UAT for GO-LIVE
Documentation and Communication :
- Documenting the detailed process note for sign off from respective stake holders
- Documenting the system note if required for circulation to respective users
- Circulating the process note to concerned operations units
Project closure :
- Briefing the end users of the concerned operations unit and providing them with required system and process training on the proposed process
Continuous Improvement & Project Review :
- Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes of projects, against established baselines, and to evaluate effectiveness of project management practices
Stake holder relationship Management and Reporting :
- Maintaining repository of the projects logged and tracking the same for closure
- Scheduling weekly / fortnightly meetings with stake holders to discuss ongoing projects, help items
