Project Manager-Client Management/Consulting
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
Bridge between the Law firm/Corporation and Client and their EDD+ Review Teams ; understand and translate end Client's requirements to operation workflow and responsible for deliverables
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Clients and their end Clients (law firms and corporate) ; through emails/ calls, to develop understanding of their requirements and objectives.
- Consultative approach in eDiscovery best practices
- Convert Client requirements into processing, hosting and production specifications
- Develop workflows with adherence to assignments and deadlines
- Reviewing specs and preparing production exports based on project requirements
- Percolating these requirements to Client's Ops teams , EDD/ Document Review teams ; Project coordination across multiple teams all while ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Troubleshooting technical concerns faced by end Clients ; Conduct Client calls on a regular basis to provide support and upraise the client on task progress.
- Relativity Tasks ; Setting up new users in Relativity and sending credentials emails
- Manage users and access related tasks
- Create and manage cases ; Leverage workflows involving Email Threading, Near Deduplication, or Active Learning to cull down data
- Processing data in Relativity/ RelOne - Running searches - both traditional (Term and Boolean) as well as Concept-based search tools and technologies
- Coordinating with the EDD team for third-party production download
- QC'ing loads and sending release report to Client Reporting; Provide ongoing status reports to the Client at the project level
- Responsible for Data analysis, data validation, and publishing MIS reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Qualifications / Work Experience:
- Strong hands on in Project Management experience within the Legal/eDiscovery industry
- Hands-on Technical, eDiscovery experience required
- Min 4-5 years' hands-on experience in Relativity processing, loading, hosting, production
- Experience in a similar LPO set up
- Handled large complex matters in eDiscovery including litigations, arbitrations, third party subpoenas
- Preferred ; RelOne/ Relativity certification
- Working knowledge of other eDiscovery tools or analytics tools like Brainspace
- Experience of onsite data collection
- Understanding and working knowledge of SQL & Search Syntax, Relational Databases, Windows Scripting Microsoft Windows O/Ss (95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, and W7) - Lotus Notes and Advanced MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Suite skills
- Excellent knowledge of Litigation Support arena (EDRM), including services particularly in E-Discovery and tools (e.g. scan software, OCR software, e-discovery processing software, litigation support (review) databases, etc)
- Experience of onboarding new Clients or transitioning Clients from another eDiscovery provider
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and documentation skills
- Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks
- Must be team-oriented and able to share information and goals
- Flexible for shifts (initially US PST shifts and Client may change later) and travel Working
Hours: 6 PM - 3AM or 8PM - 5AM IST to support US work timings
