- Experience working in an offshore entity of a major Bank or an Asset Management organization is preferred

- PMO experience in managing large projects

- Prior experience in an MNC bank is preferred

- Strong Project Planning, Execution & reporting

- Excellent leadership skills and self-motivating personality

- Ability to lead team, work under pressure

- Overall 15+ years experience out of which the last 5/7 years in managing large transformational projects, change responsibility in the organization.
