Project Management Officer - Life Insurance

- Thorough knowledge & hands-on experience in tools/tech stack required for win back projects

- Experience in a consulting firm with a win back project is a must

- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and Excel skills

- Project Management, Stakeholder management

- Should have managed a large scale revenue project (Six sigma certified will be an added benefit)

- Experience in Financial / Consultancy sector

- Analysis statistics

- Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing

- Implementing and tracking agreed solutions and actionable

- Complete project management of the revenue generation project

- Suggest new ideas for improving day to day activities

- Review and revamp customer engagement journeys and campaigns on the digital and physical platforms holders Project Management, Stakeholder management

- Experience in six sigma will be an added benefit

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines

- Graduation/ Post Graduation (Experience exemption to graduates from premium institutions & B Schools)
