Project Management Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for architecture / set up a project management office for large projects to ensure projects are completed at cost and on time. This team would be responsible for taking over from the role that BCG is performing currently

- Definition of project objectives, set financial and non financial targets for the project, project scheduling.

- Define the appropriate governance / MIS framework for project tracking

- Identification and quantification of key risks and issues in the project execution and their potential impact on timelines and cost. Define appropriate risk mitigant strategies

- Setting up suitable IT tools to ensure project status is available on a timely basis

- Design of suitable visual dashboards for different leaders of the organization

Requirements

- Strong analytical background and exposure to IT tools. (primavera)

- Should experience in operations / financial planning / projects related experience.

- Motivated and ambitious.
