Project Management Manager - Markets Surveillance - BFS

We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Global markets as a Project management lead to manage the Markets Surveillance to support the ECommerce Surveillance project.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with relevant business stakeholders to define functional requirement details.

- Collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and effective communication of solutions, ensuring delivery meets business requirements.

- Collaborating with the testing team to ensure delivery quality.

- Taking the lead on delivery and communicating with multiple stakeholders across locations.

- Supporting the Project Manager by adhering to the clients ADF delivery framework and delivering projects on time with high quality.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Strong business analysis skills and the ability to lead in new and complex cross-functional initiatives.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Experience working with senior executives in various functions.

- Good understanding of different Financial Markets products such as Fixed Income, FX, Credit, and Commodities.

- Experience in managing scope through JIRA stories and assisting in sprint planning.

- Ability to bring together people from across the value chain to deliver business change, considering multiple perspectives and competing priorities.

- Proven ability to translate insights into business initiatives and execute them to deliver value.

- Experience working within project teams with tight timelines, a focus on delivery, and proficiency in priority management.
