Roles and Responsibilities :

- If you choose to accept it: Lead software projects across the complete lifecycle from initiation and planning to delivery and retrospective.

- Bring together cross-functional teams to create detailed scope, effectively plan, efficiently execute and continuously learn and improve.

- Deliver software projects on time, to scope and within budget.

- Manage the sprint and development capacity to accommodate adhoc support requests alongside new feature development.

- Typically we find someone with the following will be a great fit:

- Software Project Manager 2 At least 2 years work experience as a Software Project Manager doing all of the above then continue reading below.

Requirements :

- You have a background in software engineering and you can understand technical concepts and scope.

- You completely comfortable and have experience with professional project management Agile methodologies, Scrum Master, SDLC tools and system development processes.

- You're a great communicator with strong leadership and project management skills.

- You have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be aware of potential and current issues and offer practical and realistic plans to resolve them You have a great attention to detail and you're a whiz when it comes to multi-tasking under time pressures.
