Role: Project Management Head.

Reporting to: Managing Director.

Reportees: Project Management Executives.

Goal:

- Completing projects in time, within budget and error free.

Msr: 5/6 years of experience in project management in a bespoke furniture manufacturing/architectural/interior design company.

- Having managed a team of at least 2/3 people.

- MS-Excel Basic.

- Strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution (Time & Cost Mgmt).

- Performance Management.

- Team Management.

- Quality Control.

- Customer Relationship Management.

- Service Management.

- Complaints Management.

Role: Project Management Head.

Reporting to: Managing Director.

Reportees: Project Management Executives.

Responsibilities:


Team Management:


- Recruitment and Selection: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented production coordinators to strengthen the team.


Performance Management:


- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.


Team Development:


- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.


Conflict Resolution:


- Address and resolve team conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious work atmosphere.


Execution Management:


Production Planning:


- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and project priorities.


Vendor Management:


- Establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.


Quality Control:


- Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee adherence to design specifications and industry standards.


Problem-Solving:


- Identify and resolve production challenges proactively, minimizing disruptions to project timelines.


Project Assignment:


- Workload Allocation: Assign projects to team members based on their skills, experience, and workload capacity.


Resource Allocation:


- Ensure the availability of necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to support project execution.


- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking corrective actions.


- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.


Skills and Qualifications:


Experience:


- 5-6 years of experience in a production leadership role within the interior design or turnkey contracting industry.


Technical Skills:


- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.


Communication Skills:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.


- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.


- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality production outcomes.
