Job Description :

- Identify new business opportunities and support the team in business development

- Developing concepts, writing proposals, follow up proposals

- Making and delivering presentations, attend meetings to represent the organization at various levels

- Deliver engagements as per letters of engagement and client expectations

- Assessment of feasibility for proposed projects, writing feasibility reports

- Provide inputs in preparation of DPR

- Structuring PPP Projects,

- Risk analysis and mitigation

- Writing RFPs, contracts

- Assist client in prebid conferences in replying to queries

- Assist government client in managing bid process management for identification of developer / concessionaire

- Writing / reviewing bid evaluation reports

- Appointing and managing the sub-consultants

- Comply to the internal quality & risk management requirements

- Coordination with the team, client and the sub-consultants.

Area of Expertise: -

- Writing proposals

- Writing feasibility studies

- Financial modelling for PPP projects

- Writing RFP documents, PPP and EPC contracts, BoQ etc.

- Evaluation of bids for selection of consultants, as well as, developers / concessionaires

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- Experience of working in one or more of the following sectors shall be preferred: Housing & commercial real estate, leisure and entertainment, solid waste, highway, urban transport projects in PPP framework

Educational Requirements: -

i. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) / Bachelor in Economics;

ii. MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate in Construction Management.

General Experience Requirements: -At least 5 years of consulting experience; 8 years preferred
