Project Management/Change Management Role - BFSI

Hiring for the role of Project Management/Sr Project Management-BFSI @ Hyderabad!

- The ideal candidate should have 7-15 years of experience in

- Project Management, change management, reconciliation, Implementation, transitions, Transformations, US Stakeholder exp, Handling multiple clients, with multiple geographical areas.

- Must be in BFSI domain Only. They should have experience leading regulatory and compliance projects and managing other project managers and coordinators.

- Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management.

- Execute matrix managing other project managers and project coordinators for projects.

- Experience consulting with internal clients and business

- Success in working with all levels of leadership.

- Experience leading regulatory and compliance projects.

- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

- Self-motivator, ability to learn independently and with limited supervision.

- Data mining, modeling and analysis experience

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Experience in planning, resource and stakeholder management
