We are looking for Internet Project Leader who will work with the Senior Management Team to fully develop and implement the web architecture and capabilities of different Experions Digital Properties.
Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in e-buisness stratergy, procesess, analysis requirements definitions, functional specifications, wire-frame diagrams necessary.
- Good understanding of design patterns, coding structure, integration, configuration management, and deployment architecture.
- Expert in C, C++, JAVA,
- Good Experience with Web architecture and user experience.
- Experience in XML, core PHP, HTML, Ruby, Python, Joomla framework is a Plus,
- Experience in implementing web 2.0 concepts.
- Familiar with web technologies (Apache,HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML) and principles.
Mandatory Experience
Graduate with B.Tech or BE in computers or PG/MBA/PGDM in Information Technology from reputed institution/University with 10+ years of overall IT experience. 3+ years of experience in Product Management function on aplication software, 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics function on application software. Exposure to enterprise applications like CRM, Analytics
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Lead the website development, maintenance, and production support of various website properties, owned by the company.
2. Manage with the Team, small to large website applications with various functionalities.
3. Work with tandem with online marketing team, to manage various websites to add/modify functionalities, with the view of increasing the user traffic.
4. Understands the benefits of the various programming languages, and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application.
5. Should be able to create the work on Project Plans, Budgets, schedules, risk assessment, style guides, creative briefs, wire frame diagrams, requirement definitions, functional specifications, online marketing plans etc.
6. Should be able to stick to deadlines/Budgets, on deliverable, as per the project plans submitted and approved by the Management.
7. Provide abnormalities, and situational trending reports to the Management with mitigation or recommendations to resolve.
8. Work with the respective teams and classify the risk data for assessment.
