- The role requires the incumbent to have an eye for detail as well as the ability to visualize the larger picture.
- This role largely involves managing a sub-practice / sector with P&L accountability under supervision of Pr/PH.
- Additionally the role requires the incumbent to manage large multi-sector teams independently, conceptualize frameworks, generate ideas and guide project teams on research and analysis.
- Play a key role in providing strategic inputs, directing client engagements and business development.
- Required to play a significant managerial role for people development and adherence to organization processes, company values and cultural norms.
