- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team's research and data analysis work on pricing
- Brainstorming with the Product Leader on various aspects for IP development which ranges across scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, modelling etc.
- Brings specialised knowledge to pricing product(s) in development of pricing related IP/ tools as well as help in end client delivery
- Leads a team of Associates and Analysts to produce client-ready products and analysis, generating strong business insights and understanding implications
- Works under the guidance of the Manager and playing a key role in improving the team's overall performance, client communication & work planning etc.
- Brings to the table various cutting edge technologies and best practices involving advanced analytics
- Oversees a team that conducts data analysis - pricing diagnostics for client companies, codifies organization's intellectual property
Qualification Required:
- Candidates should be graduate/post-graduates with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in market research, data analytics or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure.
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, work planning, communication and team skills.
- Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in SPSS, R, Python, Tableau or Alteryx will be preferred.
