Project Leader - HR Consulting
Qualification : Post Graduate with prior consulting experience in business strategy/HR /OD
Global Talent Management & Career Management Consulting organization is looking for a candidate for the following strategic Human Resources Consulting role:
- Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity that gets converted. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions
- To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen the connect, resulting in a stronger relationship and repeat business
- To deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on the organization's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews
- To enhance own product knowledge and delivery expertise by attending internal training programs, and taking coaching, feedback and input from seniors and peers
- To handhold new joinees or reportees in projects wherever required
- To take initiative and actively participate in various internal activities
