Project Lead Engineer (OTS):
Designation Role
- Project Lead Engineer - Manage the development of functional and concept technical design specifications and provides technical leadership on all phases of delivery.
- Responsible for making project specific standards.
- Ensures that the implementation of application engineers is reviewed with respect to project standards and quality documents.
- Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough quality checks.
- Responsible for conducting project reviews with Sr. Engineer / Application Engineer on a weekly basis and report the same to the Team LEAD/EM
- Critical Section modelling such as reactors, furnaces, Turbines etc.
- Interface with customers for technical queries.
- Interface with Engineering Manager / TL for Issue reporting and staffing
- Project Reports submission to the customer.
- Leading the effort from implementation in Acceptance test.
- Participation in POG Reviews / quality process reviews.
- Ensures timely completion of projects on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Exp - 7-9 yrs of experience in Simulation/ Refinery Operations/ Petrochemical Operations - Plant Operations (Continuous process, not Batch process)
Qualification - BE/B.Tech Chemical
Exp with working on Simulation software's like HYSYS, UNISIM, DYNISM, Dynamic Simulation, Steady State, Shadow Plant

- Engineering Management for the projects
- Engineering Quality Management
- Engineering Management to drive SR/PAR/RQUP support as well as Product updates
- Resource Training and development
- Productivity Improvements in all the Projects
- Creating standard deliverables as work packages
- Proposal & Estimation Support for the regional GES engagements
- Participate in pre-sales support/ technical clarification discussion with FO/end customer
- Participate in SIOP review/FO meetings with Regional Operations managers
- Sales support for consulting / estimation / risk identification and mitigation
- Develop and deploy systems and processes with measurement for engineering/development
- HOS Implementation
Knowledge Management
- Create knowledge process through simulation Academy.
- Create application notes
- Effectively Schedule and use share and learn sessions for knowledge sharing
People Management
- Identification of training needs and arranging training for team members
- Goals and objective setting and measurement for the team members
- Arrange team meetings
- Certification of the team members
- Recruitment and retention
Job Requirements:
- BE/ B.Tech (Chemical Engineer). Should have 12-15 years of experience. Should have worked in OTS domain and have managed people.
