Project Lead - Sales - Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

- Project Lead is responsible to manage sales targets, sales process and team that is managing the assigned site

- Work with Developers to market their projects.

- Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners.

- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services

- Responsible for meeting and or exceeding monthly sales goals

- Determining and generating Demand for Services by providing requisite options to Clients and prospects seeking residential premises for Investment or end use.

- Full monitoring of transaction on the client's behalf and assisting the client to the final signing of Agreements and physical occupation/acquisition of the subject property.
