- The candidate will lead a cross-functional team in executing all aspects of a product development project from the start of the project through to successful commercialization

Description :

- User need development; spends time with customers/end-users and constantly invests in understanding customer environment.

- Aligning and managing all cross-functional activities to deliver the product on time and on budget per contract while meeting all agreed upon technical, operational, business and customer requirements.

- Drive product design and manage all documentations according to company QMS process.

- Completion of accurate and timely reporting, resource allocation, dashboard updates.

- Contributes to the continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute programs and projects from initiation through launch.

Profile :

- Completed at least one product life cycle development in medical domain as a Project Manager in highly cross functional team environment

- Candidate must have at least 7-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/Medical devices/biotechnology industry, demonstrated leadership & people management ability in roles.

- Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, Sterilization standards related to Medical Device and adjacent applications.

- Understanding of Business model innovation and able to develop business models for hardware and digital products
