Job Duties/Responsibilities :

- Positions in this function are predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications.

- Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.

- Ensure Domain best practices and standards are set and communicated with the team

- Liaise with Product teams to ensure data practices align with KPI- s and metrics

- Work with Release managers and product teams to align on delivery expectations

- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.

- Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.

- Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions.

- Performs complex conceptual analyses.

- Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.

- Forecasts and plans resource requirements.

- Authorizes deviations from standards.

- May lead functional or segment teams or projects.

- Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.

- Motivates and inspires other team members.

- Fully Proficient in Analyzing Business Requirements

- Fully Proficient in Analyzing Application/System Designs

- Fully Proficient in Designing/Defining Technical Specifications/Design Documents

- Fully Proficient in Developing/Enhancing/Integrating Applications and Systems

- Fully Proficient to Support Testing of Applications/Systems

- Fully Proficient in Deploying and Maintaining Applications/Systems

Qualification :

Required Skills :

- 7-10 years of IT experience

- Solid understanding of industry patterns for Web Analytics, application architecture, Portal Architecture, and integration

- Strong Hands-on Experience in Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.

- Strong (hands-on experience) in Tableau. Able to generate insights using the reports (3+ years)

- 5+ years of Information Technology Architecture Analysis experience.

- Strong understanding of Portal/Web Technologies

- Experience with Databases and XML data formats

- Experience with Subversion or related version control software

- Real time user interface development experience for web & multi-channel

- Experience with object oriented design

- Unit testing with mock objects

- Effective communication

- Proven ability to deliver software

- Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.

- Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.

- Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.

- Leads others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals.

- Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage
