Requirement:

- Candidates from Top B Schools with excellent academics

- Should have experience in People Management/ Client Management/ Project Management

- Flair for Consulting Assignments

Responsibilities:

Project Management

- Having emerging expertise in one or more content area or categories

- Managing a project, end-to-end, and supporting Client Servicing Officers (CSOs) in drafting client proposals

- Making significant contributions to the design of the analytical approach and work plan

- Being responsible for smooth project operations – overall project quality and productivity of teams

Client Management

- Understanding the client objective and managing client expectations on projects along with the Project Manager/CSO

- Leading client calls wherever required

People Management

- Managing a project team – providing regular feedback and offer step-up opportunities (where applicable) to team members on projects

- Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspiration

Other Initiatives

- Participating in organization-improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management

- Conducting skill-based internal training sessions independently

- Helping the organization in scaling up by actively participating in recruitment drives at the premises or on campus

Responsibility for Onsite Project Lead:

Being at the same location as clients, engaging with clients independently in personal meetings or calls

Participating actively in Business Development activities independently or with the Director

This includes talking to potential client contacts or meeting with them
