Job description:

- In this role, one will be required to develop proprietary products and deliver solutions within the Retail domain while working with a team of analysts, associates, and leads.

- The Retail teams collaborate with Retail industry leadership, practice leads, end-clients and client-facing teams.

- The team works on a case-to-case basis on the development and deployment of industry-specific analytical solutions.

- The aim is to answer strategic questions of global retail clients relating to category management, COGS optimization, Pricing & promotion analytics, space optimization, customer analytics and other priority products for retail.

- 5-6 years having Under Graduates/PG

- Experience with secondary research like Factiva, Euromonitor, Annual Reports, etc.

- Excel Model Building Skills Should have a good background in building complex Excel models

- PowerPoint skills Should have a good background in creating and storyboarding slide loops with insights

- Communication Should have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Minimum 4-6 years having under graduates

- Those leading 1-2 analyst/entry-level people holds upper hand
