Project Lead - Beverages

Job Summary:

XYZ Beverages Private Limited is in a Franchise Agreement with Reliance Retail Ventures Private Limited to Manufacture & Distribute beverages such as: Aerated Drinks, Juices, Water, Soda, and Energy Drinks in defined northern regions of India.

To execute this XYZs is setting up a Beverage Bottling facility near Muzaffarnagar, UP which includes 3 High Speed Lines (720 BPM CSD Line | 600 Hot-fill Juice Line | 600 BPM Water Line) in Phase 1 followed with 2 additional lines.

Required General Manager/ Project Head should be very well experienced in establishing & operating such Mega Bottling facilities. Leading this project from Field to First Bottle out within timelines, ensuring compliances, establishing technical specifications and with utmost safety is essential.

Experience

- End to End Project Leadership / Management experience of 15 to 20 years.

- Intense experience in Plant Operations in Foods & Beverages project of large-scale.

- Mandatory exposure of driving End to End Greenfield / Brown field project of large- scale budget.

- Exposure in Technical Management, Cost estimation, Risk management, ordering of equipment, Coordination with Government Agencies and establishing SOPs for Plant operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead project and co-ordinate contribution of all stakeholders from project charter until vertical startup.

- Building & management of Manufacturing Departments Technical & Management Team for XYZ.

- In charge of Over All Project.

- Overlook Project progress.

- Coordinate between Internal Teams like Finance & Legal for day-to-day operations.

- Risk management identification, monitoring mitigate /minimize project risk and contingency management.

- Management of material planning, purchase, and production planning.

- Ensure on developing a strong business case, designing, and communicating and implementation and operational plan for completing the engineering-based manufacturing project.

- Ensure design preparation, project control and specification schedule.

- Cost estimation, production, transportation, installation, testing/commissioning of new infrastructure. facilities equipment's etc.

- Preparing budget and forecast and selecting material and project staff.

- Responsible for negotiations, quality management and team building management.

- Ensure and establish SOPs for Plant operations.

- Coordinate all technical operations between agencies, internal teams, and Brand Owners.

- Coordinate with Government Agencies, like Industrial corporation, Pollution Authorities, other compliance departments.

- Lead ordering of equipment and management between vendors & Reliance.

- Lead and coordinate operations between Project Consultants, Architect Consultants, Civil Contractors, and other technical partners.
