A B2B company, having razor-sharp focus on intelligent customer support, we have been able to achieve a (70% -80%) reduction of resolution time of customer complaints saving nearly (30% - 50%) of enterprise operational cost.
Using high dimensional geometry of smooth manifolds in a metric space and an innovative indexing technique, it tries to converge on a set of probable resolutions with sub second latency and guides the agent towards final resolution of customer complaints. We also comprise a gamut of highly scalable, low latency, extensible, intelligent platforms to connect to heterogenous data sources (and infer) within an enterprise in a jiffy. We also designed a universal, intelligent, low latency, reconfigurable data operating system to accelerate the AI journey of the support world.
At our company, we design innovative algorithms, architect for big data having noisy inputs. We also designed an extensible, reconfigurable, low latency UI platform to enable powerful visualization of multidimensional big data.
Project Lead (PL)
What we expect from you:

As a PL, you need to: Manage a team of BAs and SDE to drive implementation of the product with the clients - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customers live with us in a defined timeline.
- Analyse business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and facilitate client demos.
- Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases
- Perform the audit of overall solution configured and make sure it aligned with SOW.
- Present the testing report internally and then to customers.
- Co-ordinate with the Development team to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case
- Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams
- Conduct regular weekly/monthly status meetings with customers and send status reports to all stakeholders.
- Maintain minutes of meetings for all meetings happened for the given account.
- Maintain the RACI Matrix for the given account.
- Highlight the risk or issues to stakeholders on time and mitigate the same.
- Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
- Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations
- Ensure the client is supported throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase.
- Send regular updates related to the pending and recently closed issues to all stakeholders.
You must have:
- A B.Tech/MBA in Computer Sc/Analytics, a PL should have 6-8 years of experience in Product
- Implementations and customer facing role. We are specifically looking for a PL who:
- Minimum 6 yrs. of experience in End-to-End product Implementations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, MPP and PowerPoint
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) clearly and effectively with both technology/development
- Ability to create and present executive level dashboards and status reports to Senior Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
- Project Management: PMP certification would be a plus.
