Job Title: Projects Head

Job Purpose: Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget.

3. JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and all Adobe programs, Sketch-Up, In-Design and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Project Management Certification.

- Required Number of Years' Experience: 18 to 20 years in a similar role.

- Required abilities, skills, and knowledge: good knowledge of retail Industry, as a Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. He/She must have overseen and executed projects worth 100 cr plus in a financial year and should have managed team of designers, techo-commercial and project coordinators. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be good leadership quality and have a problem-solving aptitude.

4. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS: Internal: With other departments.

External: Brands and suppliers.

5. Key Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators:

- Proficient in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within preset cost parameters; reviewing drawing and resolving day-to-day problems.

- Monitored Actual Project Cost vs. (Control) Balanced Budget and implementing corrective actions; creating master budget and ensuring completion of assigned projects on time and within budget of material & resources; undertaking analysis of impact of changes overall project constraints (time, cost, quality)

- Capable of establishing perfect coordination (MEP) with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, site engineers, review work progress & eliminate bottlenecks for smooth project execution; Instrumental in reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for improvement in productivity.

- Fore-fronted performance bottlenecks and took corrective measures to avoid the same; ensured effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.

- Skilled in spearheading administrative & facility operations with focus on Capex and Opex Management, Cost Control, and highest level of employee satisfaction, through outstanding leadership expertise.

- Proficient in design engineering, vendor evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and safety administration, with a strong focus on cost- effective solutions and adherence to quality standards

- Comprehensive experience in devising significant solutions, managing day-to-day operations & maintenance and projects for making effective. utilization of man, machine, method & materials.

- Measurement and Verification Professional, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
