Project Head - Real Estate

Job Purpose Summary:

Manage all stake holders throughout the project lifecycle and deliver the project with in the stipulated time and cost

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Establish OBS and WBS

- Establish & Maintain Master Project Schedule.

- Establish & Maintain the Project Budget, Cash flows and Financial Reporting

- Establish staff requirement and resource deployment

- Establish and implement EHS policy and best practices

- Initiate and conclude Value Engineering workshops, constructability studies and analysis

- Administration of Project Management/Construction Management teams

- Establish and maintain project procurement plan

- Establish and provide project progress reports and MIS

- Coordinate with Architect, Consultants, statutory bodies, Contractor / Subcontractor and other stake holders of the project

- Participate in all contractor prequalification and selection process

- Writing specifications, tendering, tender review, contract documentation, deal with RFPs and RFQs

- Administration of all contracts involved in the project

- Administration of Change Management

- Establish and Implement Project Management Plan

- Establish & Implement Quality Assurance and Control.

- Establish & Monitor administrative procedures for the project.

- Implement and Ensure adherence of all Local regulatory requirements throughout project life cycle

- Organize work & train staff organization on projects.

- Keep informed on requirements for Insurance, Safety, Labor Relations, and Employee Relations, maintain EEO compliances, etc.

- Inspections/supervision of construction projects and active interface with contractors, consultants, government bodies for permits and technical professionals

- Assure applications for payment and collection are properly disbursed.

- Initiate and ensure successful taking over of project and handing over to facility management/operators

Education Qualification : BE/B-Tech Civil

Skill and knowledge required:

- Relevant experience in construction of residential & commercial projects or similar industry with high quality standards.

- Should be a core professional in monitoring the projects with high degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast paced, flexible, team based environment.

- Should have thorough knowledge of administrating project management, QA/QC, EHS, etc construction site(s).

- Should be dynamic, result-oriented and a team player.

- Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.

- Strong written & oral communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
