Job Description:

Project Planning :

Support in project concept finalization process, provide inputs to ensure project concept is inline with the target customer expectations, develop detailed project plan, coordinate with various functions to ensure timely availability of all required resources, circulate project plan to all concerned to ensure timely support during project execution in order to ensure development of a rigorous project plan.

Project Execution :

Project management of assigned projects in NCR region, review and track project as per defined project plan, coordinate with respective vertical team/ design team and external construction agency for development of project as per plan and specifications, coordinate and ensure all regulatory approvals, closely monitor timeliness and quality of project execution, resource utilization, actual vs. estimated project cost for the project under development, timely escalate issues and proactively highlight delays (if any) to relevant functions in order to ensure execution of the project as per defined project plan.
 
Procurement and Contracting : 

Coordinate with project's procurement and contracting function to ensure timely central procurement of material and contract finalization & administrate contract for assigned NCR projects, oversee to ensure all regulatory compliance related to contracting for the project in order to ensure timely, efficient, profitable and cost effective procurement and contracting of activities.

Managing External relationships :

Manage relationships and liaison with local and central government authorities / relevant organizations for project related approvals and compliances, resolve compliance issues and disputes with external authorities in order to expedite project execution and ensure smooth execution of processes

Develop and Manage Human Resources :

Provide leadership & motivation to the team through goal setting, capabilities development, performance feedback and career planning, help recruit and retain competent and high performing staff in order to enhance their performance and capability to deliver on functional goals and targets.
