Jassim Alseddiqi (Managing Director & CEO) :

Jassim Alseddiqi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Financial Group. Jassim is also the Chairman of Integrated Capital PJSC and Integrated Securities LLC, and a Board Member at Tourism and Development Investment Company, Qannas Investments Limited, Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC. Previously, he was the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. Preceding his tenure in the investment world, he was a noted lecturer at the Abu Dhabi-based Petroleum Institute. Jassim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin- Madison, and earned his Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in the United States.

Mustafa Kheriba Chief Operating Officer :

Mustafa has extensive experience and an inherent understanding of the North American and UK real estate markets and pioneer emerging markets such as the GCC, Eastern Europe, and Iraq. Mustafa manages investment activities and platforms of the company and business development of ADFG and its subsidiary companies. He also oversees deal origination, fund raising activities and directly manages key investments for the company. He also currently serves as Executive Director of Integrated Alternative Finance Ltd, Spadille Ltd, Integrated Capital PJSC, Northacre Plc, Reem Finance, Integrated Securities LLC and Integrated Eastern European Fund, in addition to being Non-Executive Director at Qannas Investments Limited. Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial services and investment companies in the GCC, USA and Canada. Prior to joining ADFG, he was Vice President of Operations & Portfolio Management at Brainnox Investment Management, an in-house private equity division of a German conglomerate based in Dubai, managing the group's investments in Eastern Europe, GCC and Iraq. Mustafa has been named among the top 50 MENA Fund Managers in the 2015 annual survey conducted by MENA FM Magazine. Mustafa holds a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University with Magna Cum Laude honours.

Divyesh Mahajan Director - Investments :-

Divyesh is a member of the alternative investments arm of ADFG and focuses on managing the investment portfolio, identifying new opportunities and raising capital. He previously worked with ING Investment Management in New York and Hong Kong as part of their Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions Group. Before that he spent three years at American Express in various positions. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Job Description :

Position : Project Head/Project Manager

Location : Abu dhabi

Education : IIT/NIT/BITS pillani/IIM/or Tier 1 Institute

- He will be part of Investment Group Team

- He should be able to design and implement technology from Scratch

- Rich techstack in MySQL, NoSQL, PHP, Java, object oriented and modular archtectures, nw mobile and UX technologies

- Experience in complete project management, and software product management. Recruiting and managing multiple teams of varying talents,

- Will be part of the senior management team to establish organization technical vision and lead all aspects of the establishment of technology center and play an integral role in realizing the organizations strategic vision

- Should ensure timely and on-budget completion of various technology pertinent requirements of the organization

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivery of organizations services

- Collaborate with R&D, Technology to identify evolving technology trends/ changes that may support or impede the success of organization
