- We are looking for an experienced Project Head to oversee the successful management and execution of staffing programs for one of our prestigious consumer electronics clients.

- This role will be based in Delhi and will involve overseeing pan-India retail operations, visual merchandising, promoter training, induction processes, and ensuring the alignment of staffing solutions with the client's strategic goals.

- The Project Head will serve as the key point of contact between the staffing company and the client, ensuring that all retail programs run smoothly.

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for retail promoters, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

- Track promoter performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
