We are Hiring for Project Head for Industrial/Logistics vertical
Construction of MMLPs:
- Strategizing: Cultivating and advancing the MMLP architectural designing and detailing, customizing to each site, based on MMLP site-wise development plans.
- Lead Complex Strategic and operational initiative.
- Planning: planning the infrastructure and facilities based on traffic projections and requirements. Overseeing grant of all regulatory and Governmental approvals
- Developing railway infra in consultation with railway authorities.
- Exceptional Time management and Planning skills.
- Execution & Control: Produce detailed project blueprint, creating work flow, charting milestones, detailing costs/ budgets and other project specifications.
- Put together feasibility reports, environmental impact study with health & Safety standards and design proposals based on development needs.
- Control project from start to finish entailing high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Ensure that all milestones are completed on time with specific standards, cost, guidelines and regulations
- Vendor Management: Identifying, empanelling vendors/agencies for bringing in subject matter/technical expertise as required in the construction phase.
Program Management:
- To develop and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery.
- Initiate, Plan, Oversee, manage and facilitate completion of project from inception to conclusion.
- Concurrently manage multiple MMLP projects actioned at various sites ensuring program goals are reached
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and budget
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for project and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Planning and designing the program/project flow and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Defining the programme's governance arrangements.
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise top management.
- Monitor day to day work progress and review the weekly and monthly program and report.
- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
- Chairing project meetings and discussions with various teams as required.
- Coordination for HOTO & Project Closure.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
- Cost reduction with value engineering.
- Quality /Safety assurance in all process.
