Project Head - Greenfield - Paint Industry

Type of Experience:

- Good understanding of industrial equipment and mechanical & electrical components

- Good familiarity with equipment manufacturers worldwide and known brands in the market

- Experience in installation of various types of equipment and calibration

- Experience in installation of sensors, controllers and control room

Job Responsibilities:

1) Play an active role in selection of equipment with good understanding of each production unit

2) Capability of analyzing each equipment and component to provide logical comparison and advise for the best option

3) To control the project cost by proper evaluation and introducing trustable manufacturers

4) To supervise and support installation team and help for resolving the obstacles

5) To support installation team for commissioning and start of the operation

6) To supervise the suppliers of the equipment to go as per the timeline for both supply and installation

7) Learning the production process and operation of the equipment and train the production team to operate with maximum efficiency

8) Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations
