Project Head - Construction Firm

Our client is one of the top 5 construction & infra groups in India & Overseas is looking for Project Head for construction of highrise buildings in Mumbai.

Candidate profile:

- He should have worked for reputed contracting companies & managed multiple projects like hospitals, factories, malls, commercials, residential & high rise buildings of more than 35 floors.

- The Project Head will be designated as CEO of the project.

- The person would be responsible for handling each and every vertical of the project.

- The person should have experience not only in execution but also in management of projects of more than 35 floors.

- The person should be stable and consistent as every project takes atleast five years to get completed.

- Total years of experience required between 20 - 25 years.
