Exp :15 - 20 Yrs in Building Construction. should have worked on one project independently as a Project Head

Age Limit : below 48 Yrs of age.

Brief Job Profile :

- Maintaining coordination with consultants & core team, site selection, concept and feasibility assessments and the production of basic design packages for new projects

- Preparing detailed construction method statements, work preparation, equipment, planning & preparation for new projects. Monitoring and ensuring efficient inventory management.

- Coordinating with contracting firms in all aspects for appropriate handling of projects. Achieving proper and effective settlement of claims.

- Maintaining coordination with consultants, contractors and clients. Undertaking rate analysis of cost schedule of rate/ extra items as per prevailing market prices.

- Preparing documents for invitation of bids for projects including specifications, finalization of requirements & BOQ. Handling negotiation, review and award of contracts as per contract regimes.

- Contributing preliminary cost estimates for construction and upgradation; invitation, evaluation of proposals & appointment of contractors. Interpreting contractual obligations/ rights.

- Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
