Requisite:

- Applicants with Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering holding 15+ yrs of Experience in commercial real estate in Pune/Mumbai

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of two premium commercial projects in Pune.

- Coordinate with the project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.

- Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex engineering issues.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards related to construction and engineering.

- Lead and manage a team of engineers, architects, and project managers.

- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals.

- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control project expenses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain project progress.

- Contribute to the development of business strategies for the projects.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion in the commercial real estate sector.
