Project Head - Agri/BFS

Job Description :

- Owning product Delivery, strategy, and roadmap. Driving product definition, Development execution, go- to-market preparation, and rollout strategy.

- Ability to lead product managers, engineers, analysts, UI/UX to deliver competitive products. Coaching team members, defining and monitoring success metrics, and devising product improvement plans

- Requirement analysis Contribute to high level and low level design of software solutions Implementation of prototypes,

- Product features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines

- Design and implementation of (unit/integration) tests using TDD / BDD approach to ensure high quality product delivery

- Participating in code reviews, providing documentation (requirement/design/test specification) inputs, and

- Ensuring product delivery conforming to quality processes.

- Mentor and lead junior team-members on technical aspects

- Responsible for the delivery of assigned topics

- Manage all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.

- Hiring and Training Technical Personnel

- Creating End Goals for the Development Team.

- Conducting Security Audits to identify areas of improvement.

The Successful Applicant / Eligibility :

- B.Tech / M.Tech

- 10-12 years of IT experience in Building a platform / product from scratch to scale with leadership experience.

- Should be Excellent In programming skills In PHP, MySql, SQL, NodeJs, REST API.

- Good knowledge of OOPS, design principles patterns.

- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Should have good understanding and hands on Cloud servers AWS / GCP / Azure.

- Should have good knowledge on data-structures, unit-testing, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development.

- Should have clear understanding of third party Integrations(Payment Gateway and API's)

- Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process.

- Experience with market development and product design, software or services delivery for large customers.

- Good understanding of product specifications documentation.

- Able to handle large-scale projects for concurrent initiatives.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

- Strong customer orientation and comfortable in sales situations.

- Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff.

- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, product life-cycle, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with engineering team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
